You’ll sit down with a Trōver over the phone or on a video call so we can learn more about you and your experience. We’ll share more about our story, too. Pro tip: We like when candidates explore our content and website before the call.
Now we start diving deeper into your unique set of skills. If you’re local, we’ll invite you into one of our offices so you can connect with some of our team members and check out our digs! For technical candidates, you’ll receive a take-home assignment to complete. Once you submit it, we’ll ask you to discuss your work with us so we can learn more about your thinking and technical understanding.
The final stretch! At this stage, you’ll participate in a final interview with our leadership team. They’ll look to be certain you’re the right fit and address any last questions you or we might have.
