Managing your protection on the web

If you don’t have access to the mobile app, you can manage your protection here.

To get started, click "Tap to Play" and use your Trov account credentials to sign in.

Next you can...

  1. Turn protection ON or OFF by clicking on an item in your Trov and selecting "PROTECT" or "UNPROTECT" on the item details page
  2. Update your address as well as personal and billing information in your account profile.
  3. Start a claim by clicking on an item in your Trov and selecting "MAKE A CLAIM" to launch our claim chat.

TIP: Remember, we recommend that you download the app when possible to manage your protection. Get Trōv for iOS and Android.
